Pre-order policy

PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-orders are items that were sold before but are currently not available or on hand due to high volume of sales/ demands. Orders are still accepted, but this will be shipped out in a later date. 

DELIVERY DURATION:

Pre-ordered items will be delivered within 3-4 weeks days from the date of purchase. 

PRE-ORDERED PAYMENTS:

Since items are pre-ordered, we understand that we haven't fulfilled these items completely. We accept half and full payments for these items. See below payment process:

• Credit/ debit card and PayPal 

          Payment must be made in full however, we are not going to charge your credit/ debit and PayPal accounts until your order will be shipped out. You will be notified via email once we fully accept your payment. 

• Bank deposits (BPI/ BDO) and Globe GCash

          50% initial deposit must be made within 3 business days from the date of purchase. And another 50% deposit must be settled before items will be shipped out. We will notify you via email or text once the item is ready to be shipped out. 

Once payment is settled, kindly send us a copy or proof of your deposit slip with SUBJECT: PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. You will soon get a response from us to confirm your deposit. 

PRE-ORDER NOT AVAILABLE: 

Not all items are available for pre-orders. If you don't see the "Pre-Order" button, kindly click on the "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button and type in your email address and size/ color that you would like to purchase in the future. We will email you once the item is available. 

Please take note that we rarely restock. Only minimal items are accepted for pre-orders or will be re-stocked.
