EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
We accept return/ exchanges for regular priced items within 3 days of delivery date-regardless if its a wrong item, manufacturing defect/s or if you changed your mind. Shipping fee for both pick up and returns must be shouldered by the buyer (except for defects/ wrong item).
Inform us within 3 days of receipt and return the goods in their original condition (with tags and plastics) within 7 days of purchase date. Once we receive back the item and check that there are no defects, we will ship out your replacement / exchange.
If in case you don't find anything for replacement, a store credit or coupon code will be credited to your account. You may use this on your next purchase with us.
Email us at email@example.com with Subject: Return/exchange request and the details of your request. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
Note: Coupon codes are only valid for the value of the goods. Shipping fees can't be used using the coupon code. Codes are not valid in conjunction with other promos, discounts, and vouchers (i.e free shipping for P5,000 and above, promo/ discount code etc.)
Sale items are not accepted for returns/ exchange.
